About the Role
The Review Officer will work as part of the Customer Response and Coordination team, that has been established as the single point of co-ordination in Fines and Enforcement services (FES) for escalated customer and partner issues. The team supports FES Executive and the broader division to ensure a consistent and co-ordinated response that will lead to an improved experience for customers and partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide support to Customer CARE Officers to ensure the successful administration of the Fines Reform Act 2014.
- Provide accurate and timely advice and liaise with other Fines Victoria units, enforcement agencies, and other interested parties on infringement and other matters arising within the jurisdiction of Fines Victoria.
- Perform administrative and other functions as required.
- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of legislation, policies, practices and procedures, relating to effective operations of Fines Victoria.
- Contribute to Fines Victoria achieving its corporate and business objectives.

**FOR INTERNAL VPS EMPLOYEES**:

Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
