**Commercial Cleaner (Casual)**

**Location**: Perth Area

**Hours**: 10-15 hours a week.

**Availability**:5am-7:45am, Wednesday to Sunday.

**Employment Type**: Casual

TCS Property Maintenance is looking for a reliable and experienced commercial cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves maintaining cleanliness on location at a facility in the Joondalup area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of hospitality floors & bathrooms
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Following safety and cleaning protocols

**We Provide**:

- All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning
- Be reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
- Hold a full, clean driver's licence and reliable car
- Having an understanding of OHS and hygiene standards in a cleaning role

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $27.50 - $31.00 per hour
