Brisbane Whitegoods are seeking a warehouse / workshop assistant, and an opportunity currently exists with our team at Slacks Creek with an immediate start available within our busy warehouse.

About the Role:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for (however not limited to):
Picking and loading stock onto our truck for the movement of stock between our stores

Occasional Delivery driving

Helping our busy workshop

Assisting in the unloading of trucks

Other basic warehouse operations and duties as needed

About You:
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and friendly, loyal, and hardworking and also has the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team. The successful applicant will also be someone who has great people skills and takes pride in their work, with a commitment to professional and reliable work ethics.

On occasions, you may be required to drive our small truck and therefore you will need to have a manual driver’s licence.

To be successful, you must be:
Have an understanding of computers and systems

Physically fit to handle heavy lifting.

Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work alone or as part of a team environment.

Can work in a fast-paced environment.

A great communicator with a good attitude.

Have a commitment to safe work practices.

Able to work Monday to Friday.

A valid manual driver’s licence.
