Our spaces are popular with those who want to escape the distractions at home and work in an office setting with flexible and professional terms.

We are always on the hunt for new talent to work across our vibrant spaces and we have the opportunity for a space coordinator to join our growing Sydney team, based from our vibrant space in Zetland. We are looking for someone to keep our spaces looking great, cover the reception, interact with our members, and assist with the day-to-day operations of our space. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and personable to work alongside our small teams on site and friendly members.

This is an entry level role with full training provided and you will be joining a supportive team. It could suit anyone who has customer service experience and enjoys working with people in a full time, Monday to Friday role. WOTSO is a fast-growing company so the successful applicant will have the potential to grow with us

**Your new role**:

- Keep the workspace and communal areas looking great
- Administrative tasks (such as updating our CRM and drafting member communications)
- Organise and distribute mail
- Meeting room set up and pack down
- Schedule meeting room bookings
- Assist with community events held in our spaces throughout each month
- Interact with members
- Cover the reception and provide a warm welcome to all visitors and members using the space
- Show people through the space
- General errand running
- Onboard new members
- Basic cleaning duties (such as wiping down surfaces or stacking the dishwasher)
- Keeping the kitchens stocked and assisting with grocery orders

**What we would like from you**:

- All levels of experience considered, but some experience in customer service, especially retail, events or guest services in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Enjoy working with people as we have lots of members who use our spaces
- Have an eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Be well presented
- Have initiative
