Psychosocial Recovery Coach

**About Us**:
**Carepro Pty Ltd** is a registered NDIS provider base in Melbourne South region. We provide an individual needs base support that is tailored to the client specific needs. We are looking for qualified and experienced **Psychosocial Recovery Coach** who can support our clients with respect and empathy.

**About You**:
This position involves supporting clients to achieve their NDIS goals, guide them, encourage them and stay _engaged with their chosen network and encourage to become as self-sufficient and independ as they could be._

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individuals to join our team.

**What you should have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in mental health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health) or similar training; and/ a minimum of 1 years’ experience in mental health-related work.
- Experience as recovery coach or minimum 1 years’ experience in the mental health area.
- Minimum Australian Probationary Driver’s License.
- Comprehensive Car insurance.
- COVID-19 Vaccination including booster.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- COVID-19 Training and Control Certificate.
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormond VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
