**About Us**
ROWA Industry, trading as ARCO Double Glazing, is a leading manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors with double glazing glass. We specialise in high-quality installations and are known for our customer-centric approach. We are seeking skilled and experienced installers to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Use hand-tools to efficiently to produce windows and frames according to company standards.
- Daily work: Use of machinery to cut shape and fits timber/uPVC parts in workshops.
- Previous 5 years experience with Deceuninck profiles. Prepare job-sites including measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling joinery-frames and following safety protocols. Install windows and doors using Deceuninck profiles ensuring joinery alignment and quality.
- Install uPVC prospects, Perspex, metals and thermoplastics.
- Training and Instruction: Teach and guide all staff members in the Frame department, ensuring they are trained in the correct use of machinery and equipment. Review their final work conducted by team-mates.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to read and interpret house plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. This skill is critical for accurate frame production and installation. Responsible for final measurements to verify trueness of the frame-structures before going into production.
- Use specialised tools and equipment to shape the window-frames - according to specified dimensions and design.
- Address any joinery imperfections before final assembly, before final install.
- Carry out rectifications as necessary
- Team Management: Create a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in the production area. Conduct safety audits and address any concerns.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure accuracy and precision in all stages of frame production.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years previous experience in joinery, window and door installation, specifically with Deceuninck profiles.
- Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in troubleshooting joinery and rectifying window and door issues.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Driving License: A valid and clean driver's license is required.
