**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who will analyze financial information, maintain complete records while adhering to the strict standards of our organization and manage investors portfolio.

An Accounting Specialist’s responsibilities include keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing payments, handling payroll tasks as required and assisting with preparing tax documents as needed.

To succeed as an accounting specialist, you should be committed to providing efficient, reliable support to accounting department members, other departments, and external parties. You should be trustworthy, thorough, and courteous with excellent time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities

Manage client accounts and payment schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Pay: $66,212.99 - $170,743.56 per year
