**About the role**:
**Your role**:

- Provide professional advice to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to subdivision, development and other planning and development matters
- Communicate and promote the groups planning and project development objectives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the delivery of all projects both current and future
- Undertake inspections and stakeholder meetings to ensure the effective follow up action and delivery of each project

**What you'll require to succeed**:

- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning
- An excellent knowledge of Environment and Planning Assessment legislation and other relevant Acts, Plans, Policies and guidelines
- Demonstrated experience in development and planning roles
- A current 'C' class driver's licence
