We are a friendly Inner west cafe, serving quality coffee and food with a smile for over 8 years.

This Barista All Rounder position will suit someone looking to work in a day time environment, early start and early finish. The role will be around 43 hours (5 days) roster, 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run Coffee and beverage operation and customer servicing
- control stock level and ordering stock
- maintain general cleanliness of the coffee section and the store

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year Barista experience in a similar environment
- comfortable to handle consistent coffee shot, milk texture and temperature in a busy environment
- organised (we are a small team of predominant Barista all rounders, depending on how busy, we interchange our roles between coffee making, cleaning and customer service)
- Responsible (know how to work within a team as well as by yourself)
