Mad Dogs and Englishmen is Australia's most popular dog walking service, with Franchises nationwide.

We're looking to expand our Dog training offering in Sydney and are on the lookout for passionate and hardworking individuals to join our training team. The majority of our clients are located in Sydney's Inner West & Eastern Suburbs however travel to the Northern suburbs may be required from time to time.

The primary purpose of the role will be to deliver one-on-one training walks. These walks are designed to reinforce and implement behavior modification programs and provide enrichment to dogs who otherwise would not be suitable for group walks. There is a lot of room to express your personal training style while maintaining our high service standards and operating procedures. Those with the relevant qualifications and experience will also have the option to conduct in-home meet and greet and training consultations if desired.
- experience working with dogs in a training or handling role
- excellent skills in reading dog behaviour and body language
- confident driver with their own vehicle
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to travel Sydney wide
- ability to work rain hail or shine
- fluent understanding of dog obedience training and a broad spectrum of training techniques
- qualifications highly regarded (NDTF etc) however aptitude and attitude are the most important. We can support you in formalising your experience if desired and applicable

Pay: $150.00 - $240.00 per day
