**YOUR Role**:As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and overseeing safety programs and procedures to minimise risks.

Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Providing training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.

Collaborating with management to develop and implement safety initiatives and strategies.

**YOUR Experience**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.

Excellent knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
