3 month temp contract + extension opportunities

This temp contract role is suited for someone that is looking to get their foot in the door at one of QLD's largest state departments. They are looking for someone that has an abundance of building construction experience with experience in site supervision.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertaking regular site inspections.
- Undertake factory inspections to assess quality and progress
- Ensuring site meetings are held at regular intervals and conducted in accordance with a standardized procedure.
- Assessing contractual claims
- Processing Contractor’s Requests for Information
- Ensuring compliance of the finished product with the contract documentation
- Preparation of defects lists.
