**About the Role
The role of the
**Quality Coordinator** will be to support The National Quality Team, based in
**Chipping Norton**. Your main objective is to streamline any client/customer complaints or concerns that do come through by investigating, understanding, and creating efficient solutions. You will support and add value to creating and strengthening our strategies to improve customer quality performance.

This is a role that is suited to someone who has extensive experience in handling customer issues, skills in Claim management and approvals, and assessing product warranties and replacements. It is fast-paced, varied, and a role that you can create as your own You will ideally have previous manufacturing experience and understand how to work effectively across a 24/7 operating business.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Quality Coordination experience or similar
- Ability to problem solve issues and create better efficiencies
- Excellent negotiation experience
- You will come from a role that has a strong safety focus
- Be able to facilitate Improvement projects
- Not afraid to get hands dirty in the manufacturing environment
- You will have advanced computer skills/knowledge
