Our cadetships will provide you with the opportunity to develop critical workplace skills and make valuable contributions to the work of the University’s Planning and Service Performance division and ultimately the University’s strategic and operational planning.
**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Associate Director, Planning and Reviews, the Planning Cadet will receive on the job training in higher education strategy, planning and governance.
As a Cadet, you will work full-time and receive generous study leave during academic sessions to attend lectures, tutorials and exams. You will also receive an allowance of $1200 per year to cover the Service and Amenities Fee and textbook expenses.

The Cadetship is a three year, fixed term appointment and is open to students with at least two years to complete the remainder of their study.
Your degree must include study or skill development in one of the following areas:
- Business
- Economics
- Statistics
- Management
- Information science
- Data analytics
