Caviar Ambassador

About the Role

We are looking for a Caviar Ambassador for a 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover Contract - Full Time

Some evening and occasional weekend work required

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
Assessment and recording of caviar.
Ensure repacking of product according to HACCP principles.
Ensure the stock is maintained and rotated accordingly.
Conduct stock forecasting and acquisition
Coordinate activities related to the events calendar
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure needs are met

**Skills and Experience**:
Prior experience in within M3 or a similar software
Experience in customer service-oriented role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Strong work ethic
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers - excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
