A barista cafe all-rounder is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, as well as assisting in the overall operations of the cafe. This role involves multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Duties may include:

- Greeting and taking orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Making and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, ensuring they are prepared to high standards
- Taking payment and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Providing information on menu items and making recommendations to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment
- Assisting with other duties as needed, such as answering phone calls, coordinating orders, and helping with inventory management.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
