**We are looking for the “right attitude”**. Reporting to the SIRS Manager, The SIRS Administrator will oversee the compulsory incident reporting administration obligations for BlueCross

**What your days will look like;**
- Compulsory reporting as per Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) regulatory requirements
- Maintaining documentation as required to comply with aged care regulatory requirements and NDIS regulatory requirements
- Proactively communicate with key stakeholders of gaps in incident form documentation that pose risk of non-compliance
