Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care & Services is an independent not for profit company based in western Sydney. We have a residential aged care campus for 300 elderly people at Rooty Hill, and provide community care services across the Western Sydney region to over 200 elderly people so they can stay in their own homes. Our particular focus is on helping older people be as active and able as possible, regardless of any underlying health conditions.

We also provide respite for carers, a home modification service, seniors health and fitness classes and affordable rental housing for older people.

You may or may not be currently working in aged care but we are looking for people who want to work for one supportive employer. The successful applicants will genuinely like elderly people, be adaptable and will appreciate a degree of responsibility in their job. We have opportunities for people to join our team as Care Service Employees (CSE).

The job is to support frail elderly people and elderly people in an attractive, supportive residential aged care setting. We are looking for people who are able to work a minimum of three shifts a week and have some flexibility to work across a range shifts.

COVID-19 Vaccination is a requirement of this role.
