Excellent flat pay rates ranging from $44 - $45 per hour

You will be committing to a 12 month traineeship. The roster will be a rotating 7 day - 12hr day shift/10.5hr night shift.

**About your new role**:

- This competency-based traineeship leads to a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III - Surface Extraction Operations and offers the opportunity to commence a career within the mining industry.
- Hands on experience in an on-the-job environment for THIESS Mt Arthur Coal
- A dedicated mentor to support and guide you through the process

**About you**:

- Safe and productive work ethic
- Hold a current Car P2 drivers' licence or higher - MUST be able to confidently drive a manual vehicle
- Be able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
- Provide 2 recent work referees
- Be able to provide a local residential address
- Be available to attend required interviews throughout the recruitment process
- Able to undergo and pass full Order 43 Coal Services Health medical and D&A Test
- You will be asked to provide an RMS driving record for consideration if you are invited for an interview.
