We are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Assistant Director (2IC) to join our 23-place childcare centre. In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Director to ensure smooth daily operations, support educators, and maintain high-quality care and education standards. Key responsibilities include assisting with team management, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, engaging with families, and stepping into the Director's role as needed. You will also help implement learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
