We are seeking a passionate and driven Casual Team Members to fill our DFO Moorabbin, VIC team

Our ideal Rockwear Casual Team Members possess these skills, qualities and attributes:

- Passionate about activewear and customer service
- Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear is ideal
- Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment
- Proven history of retail experience and willingness to learn
- Ability uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
- Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. Live the lifestyle
- We want team members with a positive 'make it happen' attitude and understand our customers come first

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Upholding RAG Culture and Values and represent a growing brand
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience.
- Recognising sales opportunities
- Building regular customers & promoting our Rockwear brand
- Recruitment, coaching, development of team
- Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
