**The role**:

- Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
- Own vehicle required. Experience in manual handling, transfers, bowel management experience, physical support needs, advantage and desirable mental health nurse background or similar qualifications. **Active night supports**.
- Experience in managing participants with challenging behaviours

- We are seeking permanent or part time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.

**Mandatory requirement**
- ** Certificate III/IV, Diploma or Degree in Individual Support Disability or equivalent**:

- ** First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.**:

- ** Current Driver’s License**:

- ** National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check**:

- ** Working with Children Check.**

**Additional training**
- ** Mental health training - complex mental health with diagnosis of depression, suicidal tendency, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, BDD**
