As a **Logistics Analyst**, you will convert data into insights and autonomously fuel new ways of working and improvements, aligned to our purpose and customer promise. Focused on fulfillment, this role is responsible for interpreting, highlighting and coordinating improvements for our fulfilment channels.

**Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role**:

- Play a key role in planning all phases of fulfillment projects to ensure plans are robust and operational aspects are planned for and implemented effectively
- Own the operational scorecard, develop coordinated daily, weekly and monthly reporting & insights to improve team, fulfillment network and customer outcomes
- Proactively identify initiatives and work with leadership to build strategies to fuel growth in EGL Ecomm operations.
- Custodian of fulfilment data including Product, Range, Availability, Productivity and efficiency and Customer experience metrics.
- Support the development and tracking of fulfilment improvement initiatives highlighting risks and opportunities throughout the initiative life cycle
- Influence positive outcomes through communicating analytical insights to key stakeholders in the organisation
- Advocate for key operational metrics across fulfilment and draw on insights which lead to meaningful action
- Partner with leadership and develop strategic analysis to identify further growth opportunities and customer options
- Understand and communicate volume forecasts, actual volume performance and impact across the operational performance and costs
- Partner with the Finance team and contribute to commercial performance commentary
- Actively participate in the fulfilment and delivery analytics guild and leverage best practice reporting and automation principles and AI tools available in the market. Be a Team Player within the team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies

What do we need from you

**Now let’s talk about you**:

- 3 years+ relevant experience as an Analyst
- Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficient with MS Powerpoint/Google Slides
- SQL - Building queries extracting data from Databases Fulfilment and/or supply chain exposure will be well regarded
