A leading financial institution is looking for an entry level Fraud Officer to join their busy contact centre team. The purpose of the position is to minimise fraud losses to client customers by actioning alerts initiated by fraud monitoring tools to ensure the maximum prevention of fraud is achieved.
This team is rostered over a rotating 24/7 shift arrangement - you must be able to be available to sometimes work the night/graveyard shift. The roster is changed on a monthly basis.
