**About the Role**:

- Fillet a variety of fresh seafood to a high standard
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Work as part of a dedicated team to meet daily targets
- Assist with general processing and packing as needed

**About You**:

- Proven experience in fish filleting (wholesale or similar environment preferred)
- Fast, precise, and attentive to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work early morning shifts
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality products
