**About Us**:
We are an NDIS registered organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. Our Brunswick operation comprises 22 apartments in a single building, offering 24/7 care to participants with diverse support needs. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for our residents, staff and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SIL site, ensuring exceptional care and support for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all NDIS regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Directly manage client relations, ensuring individual needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Engage with stakeholders, including residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Manage budgets, financials, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain and enhance service quality.
- Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise with autonomy and decisiveness.
- Take full ownership of daily management decisions, ensuring the smooth running of the site.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Social Work, Disability Services, or a related field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within the disability or aged care sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS standards and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operations in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
