We are looking for a passionate individual to make magic happen at our Eastwood store You will be an essential part of our team providing exceptional customer service and helping shape the growth of W Cosmetics.

**Retail sales assistant’s key responsibilities**
- Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner
- Oversee the storage section in store, and optimize layout for efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service, making every customer feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our products and promotions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a clean, organized and well-stocked store.
- Cashier and other tasks as required.
- Assist the store manager to recruit and train new staff.
- A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- **Availability to work flexible hours. This position requires to work at least 1 Saturday/Sunday per week.**:

- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred for this position (English and another language).
- Heavy lifting is required for this position so a fit male is preferred.

**Salary**: From $26.18 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)
