**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to ongoing growth and organisation changes we are now seeking an experienced HR Generalist who shares our vision to join us in assisting in talent acquisition and general HR duties. This role reports through to the People & Culture Advisor.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating the end to end recruitment for all vacancies.
- Manage and maintain up to date records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Develop and maintain the Pool Tile Careers web pages
- Prepare and provide employment agreements and all new starter documentation
- Arrange and conduct general induction & training programs
- Take on the role of office coordinator and administrator
- Understanding the employment market and salary benchmarking
- Providing assistance and first level HR advice
- Undertaking adhoc HR & people and culture projects
- General HR related administration tasks.

**Your experience will include**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent would be an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating end-to end recruitment
- Previous HR generalist experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS or EMS systems
- Very good attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of initiative, honesty and reliability.
