We are currently seeking an e-commerce warehouse/shipping team member that has an interest in the fashion industry. The perfect team member will prepare and despatch customer orders, manage stock and assist in all areas of our warehouse. This full-time role requires someone that enjoys working in various areas to assist and contribute to our online team.
Brisbane based, Full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm.
**What will you be doing?**
- Picking & Packing orders using Zebra PDA Scanners.
- Checking products when required as part of the quality assurance process and preparing them perfectly for our customers.
- Despatching orders via PeopleVox, in addition to manually creating shipments via MyDHL Express and Australia Post eParcel.
- Tracking customer orders via DHL & Aust Post, then providing tracking information where necessary to PayPal, Shopify etc.
- Daily use of Shopify to access customer order information.
- Organising Inventory locations and registering stock back into inventory.
- Conducting stocktake when required & auditing of stock/ shipping supplies.
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the warehouse space.
**What we are looking for?**
- We are looking for an individual that is confident, articulate with an eloquent personality.
- A positive, can-do attitude that is a team player and willing to help in various roles if needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to type fast and work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to take and action instructions and learn quickly.
- Physically fit and able to work on their feet for a majority of the day,
- Able to lift up-to 15kgs and confident to operate a picker machine at various heights.
**Requirements**:
- No experience required, however must be a fast learner and willing to learn new things.
- Being able to communicate proficiently verbally and written with strong work ethic.
- Highly proficient computer skills. (Both Apple & Windows)
- Shopify experience highly preferred.
**Commitment**
- Full-time employment. Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm. Permanent Position.
- Position is based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
