**About the role**:
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
Role details: Full time permanent, 38 hours a week.
Days: Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm

**About you**:
- Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation.
- Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to use problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Must be confident in towing a trailer
- Hold a current NDIS Check or be willing to obtain
- Be willing to complete a National Police check
