**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven
**Sales Consultant** with proven experience in
**land sales. **The role is a
**full-time permanent** opportunity working
**Tuesday to Saturday** based at our
**Brentwood Forest** project in
**Bellbird Park, Brisbane. **It will report to the Sales Manager QLD and will be accountable for:

- Achieving sales revenue targets
- Working with the Project Development / Marketing teams to create/drive sales strategy
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. local builders, customers, local businesses, community groups and local government agencies
- Maintaining sales centre presentation to company standards
- Managing/qualifying all sales leads/inquiries to conversion
- Maintaining our CRM system and keep all details up to date
- Participating in marketing and community engagement initiatives/events, and
- Providing exceptional customer service and experience (pre/post sales).

**Skills and experience**

**You will have a proven track record of success in residential land sales**. Your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders is key and you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

**To be successful in this role you will also have**:

- A passion for customer service and building community
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- People management capability
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Sound financial acumen

To be eligible for this role,
**y**
**ou must hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence **and be able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
