**Your next opportunity**:
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Foreman to join our expanding Asphalt team in Welshpool, WA 6106.

Your primary responsibility in this role will be to oversee Asphalt Contracting Projects, which involves managing project performance, emphasizing safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence whilst leading and developing your crew and ensuring the delivery of projects with an industry-leading service.

**Your day will involve**:

- Responsible for the engagement of employees daily across the Contracting work sites
- Escalate to contracting supervisor and project manager to ensure all variations, claims disputes are in line with contractual terms and conditions and dealt with in a timely manner
- Review and monitor document and record keeping for all works across the contracting crews and forward to QMR to ensure it is maintained within the confirmed SharePoint system

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in an Asphalt crew leadership role (desirable)
- General Construction Induction Card (White card)
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Proven record at improving safety performance
- Construction experience within a Roads and Civil scope
- Capability within a Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring field
- Demonstrated record of delivering stretched targets
- Established understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and methodology
