Recruitment Consultant

This opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Yeerongpilly. You will have access to full training and guidance. It is an opportunity for you to bring your ideas and knowledge to a growing branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will require you to:

- Work closely with our clients in understanding their needs, peaks and troughs
- Collaboratively consult with clients on trends, workflow and the market
- Fill all outstanding requirements and schedule inductions
- Complete all associated administration generated with the onboarding of casual employees
- Manage rosters
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide regular onsite presence, building relationships with key contacts on site
- Complete reporting requirements weekly and monthly, database maintenance and administrative tasks
- Work with the branch on general recruitment and operational tasks

This role requires a professional, results driven and energetic person with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people, build relationships and multitask in a role that is varied. Demanding yet highly rewarding **The ability to build organic growth is a must.**

To be successful this role it requires you to be available across the span of operating hours and be flexible to work anywhere between 7am and 530pm.

**Sales experience will be highly regarded
