**About the Opportunity**

At Right at Home Moreton Bay, we specialise in-home care supporting those living with complex and post-operative needs, dementia, cognitive decline and elderly/senior clients. We are committed to improving the quality of life for our clients to ensure they remain independent within their own home.

We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our care team on a casual basis (with the potential to pick up part time hours in the coming months), who are willing to travel or reside in the following locations:

- Caboolture
- Burpengary

**Things that work for us**:

- Previous experience as a support worker
- Exposure to working within in-home care, community or an aged care facility
- Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Your dedication to providing quality care that creates a genuine impact
- Your understanding of the Age Care standards and legislative frameworks
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, including weekends
- Flexibility to travel up to 1 hour to clients

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Working rights within Australia
- Australian criminal history/ police check
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR qualification
- Valid driver’s licence + comprehensive insured vehicle

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $40.84 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (required)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR Qualification (preferred)
- Drivers Licence + Fully Insured Vehicle (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
