Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Brisbane - CBD

3 months contract +3 months of extension.

Full Work Rights is required for this position.

Deliverables:

- Develop detailed, internal and external user guides and documentation outlining key use cases of company system
- Liaise and work effectively with departments and stakeholders to identify documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Utilise technical experience to build knowledge base articles on common support issues
- Update existing documentation in line with new structure and release of Microsoft Dynamics V9 features
- Update existing internal technical documentation to ensure maximum efficiency
- Update business process user guides using WalkMe

Key Skills:

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in technical writing or similar role (Technical Writer, Instructional Designer, Process Writer)
- Ability to follow company style guide in preparing documents
- Experience and knowledge of how to convey complex information using plain English
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage key stakeholders around the business
- Experience writing training materials
- Experience using Atlassian products - Jira & Confluence
- Experience using WalkMe or other web-based guidance and engagement platforms (desired)
- Experience in CRM systems (MS Dynamics V9 / UCI) or Grants Management systems (desired)
- Formal qualifications in Technical writing or similar fields is highly desired but not mandatory.
