**The Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member, you will inspire children through quality interactions, engaging programs, exciting excursions (including Beach Kindy), sports workshops and well-being experiences. Your role will involve implementing stimulating programs and project-based teaching, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care and education.

**What is Needed to Apply?**
- Either a completed or 'working towards' qualification (Certificate 3 or Diploma) in Early Childhood Education.
- First Aid and Child Protection qualification.
- Familiarity with the 'Early Years Learning Framework' and program planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to inspire children through diverse experiences, including health and well-being, creative play, language development, and social interactions.
- Capacity to respond effectively to the individual needs of children and contribute proactively to the team.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
