Functional Fitness Head Trainer

As the **Group Fitness Head Coach **you will take command of the day-to-day operations of the gym, running daily workouts, drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with all members and work closely with the owner to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitability targets.

**Role responsibilities include;**
- Achieving KPIs the Head Coach will be entitled to an additional incentive scheme and revenue share
- Lead 45-minute group functional fitness classes on a daily basis
- Lead and manage the team, along with roster and staff development
- Working closely with the Owners and Studio Manager to help drive studio performance and member satisfaction
- Membership acquisition including actively seeking new Membership opportunities
- Coordinating 8-Week Challenges
- Complete administration associated with memberships and general enquiries
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained, including cleaning and maintenance

**Required qualifications;**
- Certificate IV in Personal Training or Fitness
- Current senior First Aid and CPR

**Desirable qualifications;**
- Proactive with an eagerness to learn and evolve
- Exceptional people skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and content creation.
- Effective time management
- Passion for health and fitness

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal training: 3 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
