**The Role**

The roster is Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm and Friday 6am - 12 noon. No weekend shifts required.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Operation of mixing machines
- Assess quality of raw materials before use and follow correct allergen control processes.
- Filling out relevant documentation for all materials used.
- Weigh ingredients; accurate identification of products and weight as per recipe.
- Monitor, identify and report any issues with processes or equipment.
- General cleaning of the work area.
- Use of walker stacker to move product.

**The Person**
- Positive, can do attitude
- Experience in a food or production environment is advantageous but not essential.
- This is a great entry level role for someone with limited workplace experience, but is keen to learn new skills.
- Ability to communicate well and work together as part of a team is essential.
- Awareness of the importance of workplace safety processes.
- Ability to repetitively lift 15kgs of materials
