With allied health care clinics conveniently located inside a medical centre throughout Sydney, our multidisciplinary approach allows us to tailor treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.

**About the Role**
This part-time or contractor role is based in a medical centre, with flexible days and hours depending on your availability. You will work closely with GPs and other allied health professionals to deliver effective exercise-based treatment plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive health and functional assessments
- Develop and deliver personalised exercise and lifestyle interventions
- Manage chronic disease, musculoskeletal injuries, return-to-work programs, and disability support
- Provide evidence-based education on long-term health and wellness
- Deliver both in-person and telehealth consultations
- Communicate directly with referring GPs, writing detailed reports on patient progress
- Maintain accurate clinical records aligned with ESSA standards

**About You**
We’re seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist who thrives in a medical centre environment and is committed to empowering patients through movement.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full registration with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and be part of BridgePoint’s care team
- A patient-first mindset with motivational and educational skills
- Interest in chronic disease, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, or return-to-work programs is highly regarded

**Pathway to High Earnings**
As your caseload grows, you may transition into a revenue-only model, earning up to 65% of your total billings. This is ideal for experienced, self-motivated Exercise Physiologist who are looking to maximise income while maintaining clinical independence with support from admin team and marketing.
