**About this role**

This position is seeking experienced cleaners. Your primary role will be to work with clients within their homes.

**You will be expected to**:

- Work in accordance with the organisation’s vision, mission, values, ethical framework, and code of conduct.
- Assist, develop and build on participants independence when performing activities of daily living.
- Where and if appropriate, work and collaborate with any internal or external multidisciplinary team who provide direct or indirect support to participants of KOOKI.
- Perform general and all cleaning duties including but not limited to:

- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Bedrooms
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Laundry
- Linen Changing etc.

**Essential criteria**
- Current NDIS Worker’s Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- Current Police Check (or willing to apply)
- Current WWWC (or willing to apply)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to apply)
- Own your own vehicle
- Driver's License (minimum P1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic level writing skills to document tasks performed
- Prior experience in cleaning or related fields

**Desirable criteria**
- Own equipment

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bankstown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
