**POSITION: ADMIN CLERK**
We are looking for a Admin Clerk to work on a permanent basis.
No work experience is required for this position.
However, if you do have experiences in admin role, starting salary shall commensurate with your experiences.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Receive, sort and redirect incoming postal mail and courier deliveries.
- Assists with airfare & hotel bookings for traveling staff
- Organise outbound courier services
- Order office stationary for the company
- Assists with invoicing, stock entries etc
- Support other administration team members as required
**Qualification & Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel would be an advantage
- Able to work independently & in a team environment
- Strong communications skills to deal with internal & external customers
- Self-motivated
This position reports to the Head of Accounts & Admin Department
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
