**New Homes Sales Consultant - Residential Construction - Northern Suburbs**

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established residential construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis to work in one of their newly opened displays in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

The responsibilities of this role are:

- New Home Sales
- House and Land Sales
- Manage Display Centre
- Lead Generation
- Sales Administration
- Customer Service

Experience/Skills required:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a New Home Sales Consultant for a Residential Builder
- Experience consistently selling 4 homes/month
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written skills
