**TYRE FITTER - FIFO**

BDS Mechanical currently has a casual position available for an Tyre Fitter to join our team in Australia. This is an FIFO opportunity to work on site and a perfect opportunity to join a large, secure, reputable company.

BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned, growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland and Western Australia, meaning we’re never too far away.
- Tyre diagnostic experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous

**Your duties will include**:

- Inspect tyres for damages and advise customers on replacement tyres needed
- Refit tyres using air-driven equipment
- Puncture repairs
- Adjust and carry out wheel alignments, rotation and balancing
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles
