**Salary**: Our client is currently seeking a part time Cleaner to join their growing team at their McLaren Flat site

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Cleaning Amenities: toilets, staff/lunchrooms, locker area
- Cleaning Offices. Reception and Lab areas
- Carrying out other general cleaning within the site
- Various tasks include but are not limited to : Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping, coffee machine cleaning and sanitising, cleaning other kitchenette appliances, you will need to be able to complete various duties within each shift
- Restocking of supplies : toilet paper, paper towel, tea/coffee/sugar etc
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Work autonomously with little to no supervision, great eye to detail
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Opportunity to gain extra hours in other areas/roles on site if interest shown.

**To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and capabilities**:

- Previous cleaning experience is not necessary but favourable
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively
- Ability to work without supervision to a high quality
- Adherence to occupational health and safety requirements
- Be motivated with a good work ethic and a keen interest to learn
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Good communication skills

This position involves lots of manual work and would best suit applicants who are physically fit and in good health.

In conjunction with the above, the successful applicant will need to pass a Pre-Employment and Drug and Alcohol screen and a minimum of two (2) contactable, work-related referees _must be supplied in order to be considered for this position._
