We’re looking for a friendly and organised Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at Lumus Imaging Brookvale. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating a positive experience for every patient, we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in welcoming patients and supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding care. This is a casual role with the potential to pick up shifts across nearby sites if desired.

**Your day will include**:
- Greeting patients and managing bookings with warmth and professionalism-
- Processing payments, Medicare billing, and daily banking- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting clinical staff- Keeping the front desk running smoothly in a busy, team-based environment

**What We’re Looking For**- Confident using technology and quick to learn new systems- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure- Positive, proactive, and eager to help both patients and colleagues- Previous medical or administrative experience is highly regarded- A true team player with flexibility to assist where needed
