This role offers a variety of duties including assisting the Property Management Department with inspections, administration and client liaison. You will receive ongoing training in our processes and customer service skills.

Other duties will include assisting the sales department with marketing and administration as well as reception cover.
Availability to work on a Saturday is essential with a day off provided during the week.
This is a busy and varied role which gives a good insight and training into the different areas working in real estate.
- A driver's license and car
- A Certificate of Registration - Assistant Agent
- The ability to work every Saturday
- To be well presented with good communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
- Great presentation and communication skills

Duties include:

- Conduct ‘Open for Inspections’ for rental properties on Saturdays
- Schedule and conduct in-going and routine inspections and reports
- Reception and front desk cover
- General admin duties in both sales and PM departments
