As TNT and FedEx officially joined forces on 25 May 2016 this role will support both FedEx and TNT businesses within Australia.

**About the role**:
Go behind the scenes in our operations team. Our Ramp Agents are committed to ensuring all shipments move on our air network seamlessly and with care, so that we can deliver on our service promises. Ensuring our airline and customs compliance requires a strong eye for detail and ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
- Safely manage and internally move all the consignments that come in and off our aircraft in a timely manner
- Inspect Unit Load Devices and aircraft prior to loading
- Sort consignments to the correct delivery area
- Assist organising crew transportation
- Inspection of ground operations and aircraft loading
- Compiling customs manifests
- Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Taking aircraft bookings
- Manifesting consignments
- Air cargo Billing and invoice reconciliation

**Experience required**:

- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Previous administration experience desirable
- Previous airline experience desirable
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
