**We will count on you to**:
The primary focus of this role is to provide personalised advice to superannuation fund members. Our services are paid for by the Superannuation Trustee, so you can focus on what you do best - provide advice that is in the best interests of the members:

- Respond to the personal advice needs of members by providing superannuation phone-based advice.
- Support members by offering new and beneficial services that will assist them achieve their financial goals.
- Active team member, including contribution to team meetings and peer review.
- Maintain up-to-date client information in Midwinter to ensure data integrity of advice documents, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure all interactions with members are within the MFA compliance framework.
- Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised advice to superannuation fund members in the areas of:

- Investment choice
- Insurance adequacy
- Contributions
- Retirement planning
- Provide general advice to members in other associated advice areas.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy of all advice documents.

**What you need to have**:
**Education**
- Applicants must have attained the required FASEA qualifications and be eligible to provide personal advice
- Diploma in Financial Planning mandatory
- Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning mandatory
- Must meet 40 hours Continuing Professional Development each year.
- Be on ASIC register start of 2019

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a representative in a financial advice business
- Phone based advice experience preferable

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and high levels of resilience
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workflow to best achieve business and member outcomes
- Relevant financial advice competency with appropriate technical proficiency including the full suite of financial advice services (savings, investments, superannuation, shares, debt management, estate planning, and wealth protection).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with various types of people and members
- Target focused mindset
