**Looking for**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team and lead our HR department. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement and development.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement and improve HR processes, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture through recognition programs, employee surveys, and communication strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment laws.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.

**Job Type**:

- This is a permanent full-time job.

**Salary**:

- The salary will be $69,000 - $79,000 + Superannuation.

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours per week.
