**We are seeking an amazing Strategist with experience in formulating system requirements, developing system plans and documentation, reviewing and evaluate existing systems, and designing and modifying systems to meet users' business needs.**

**A bit more about the role**

This is a full-time position in Sydney NSW and you will be required to work independently and in collaboration on various new and ongoing diverse projects:

- working with customers to formulate and document business requirements
- journey mapping - as is and to-be
- identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices with a review to re-imagination of the processes
- identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending re-imagined processes that are more efficient
- taking responsibility end-to-end client engagement, for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans,
- creating final user documentation,
- conducting training classes where appropriate
- developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- using data to develop quantitative analysis of processes
- using qualitative analysis to formulate an outside-in approach
- providing guidance and assistance for customers
- understanding how technology can deliver value to the re-imagined state
- Documentation and final report preparation

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent written, communication and Powerpoint skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and produce high-quality output - essential
- Boundless energy, enthusiasm and a strong learner’s mindset - essential
- Have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- MBA an advantage
- At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
- At least three years consulting experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand and have experience in UX/UI
- Have experience in service blueprints and service design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
